A Little Bit About Me...

Welcome! I’m Tanya, it is so lovely to have you here.

It is really normal to struggle at times with worry, stress or low mood. Anyone of us can find ourselves trying the best we can yet feeling stuck.

As a BABCP fully-accredited CBT Therapist I help people to make sense of those struggles and find those all-important next steps to get back on track.

I am currently offering my therapy appointments remotely and would love to hear from you.
