What will you learn?

Our lives are very busy so it’s no wonder our minds are also busier than ever.
It can really tough trying to calm our racing minds and you may find yourself on autopilot most of the day leading to feeling exhausted by the end.
Mindfulness teaches us to be present, in the moment and learn ways to refocus our busy minds to help reserve our limited energy.

One myth of mindfulness is the misconception that you need to have an empty mind (which is near impossible!).
Mindfulness can help you put you back in the driving seat, by paying attention without judgement to the present moment.
It can help with a range of difficulties across diagnoses.
